A day in the Hamptons touring fall gardens and Wolffer Vineyard

September 23
8:00 a.m. departure
6:00 p.m. return
By popular demand, we are returning to the Hamptons to visit GEC favorite Long Island designer, David Seeler’s very special gardens. We begin in Sagaponack where his shingled farmhouse is surrounded by garden rooms with views to the wildflower meadow BEYONE.

Next to Wolffer Estate Vineyards for a tour and tasting before continuing on to Bayberry Nursery in Amagansett for a picnic lunch in the Zen like walled garden or on the stunning terrace overlooking the pond at David’s summer house. Following time for shopping at this gardener’s mecca, we will visit two more Seeler gardens: a seven acre ocean-side property with both Hampton style gardens and dunescapes and finally, a small and whimsical treasure beloved by the garden enthusiast owner.

Trip is rain or shine. Lots of walking, wear very comfortable shoes. Limit 50.
