Most gardeners have an abundance of homegrown vegetables and herbs in there gardens at this time of year. There is no way you can eat all of your gardens bounty at their peak of freshness. The only reasonable thing to do is to preserve them so they can be enjoyed all winter. Join our own favorite chef Pam Carey Williams for another great cooking class.
