PROGRAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION Program availability may be obtained by calling the GEC, via the website www.gecgreenwich.org or through email gec@gecgreenwich.org. To register for a program through the mail, complete the class registration form in the back of the program guide and send it along with your payment to the Garden Education Center, P.O. Box 1600, Cos Cob, CT 06807. Credit card registrations can be faxed to 869-0619. You may obtain a form from the registration page on our website www.gecgreenwich.org. If you wish to attend a program but have not pre-registered, please check availability by phone. If the program is available, please bring your check or cash to the Center on the day of the program/event.

WINTER WEATHER POLICY
In case of inclement weather, please check for cancellations by listening to WGCH-AM 1490 on your radio or by calling the GEC at 869-9242.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY
If the GEC cancels a program, registrants will be notified and a full refund check will be issued. If a registrant cancels at least three (3) working days before the start of the program or seven (7) working days before the start of a trip, a house credit will be issued by the GEC which can be applied to future programs. All house credits expire on June 30, the end of the fiscal year.

BUS TRIP POLICY
Participants should plan to be at the GEC 15 minutes prior to departure to avoid delays. For liability purposes all participants must travel on the bus.

The membership year is from July 1 through June 30. Members receive member rates on programs, 10% discount in GEC Shops, special mailings, invitations to members-only events and the newsletter three times a year.

HORTICULTURAL ASSISTANCE
Our Director of Horticulture, Lisa Beebe, and our horticulture volunteers are available to answer any questions you have on horticulture-related topics. They can be reached Monday through Friday (except Tuesdays) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at (203) 869-9242, ext. 13. You may also send questions via email to GEChorticulture@aol.com.

DIRECTIONS TO GEC

From I-95
Exit 4 - Indian Field Road (from NY turn left, from CT turn right).
Follow Indian Field Road to the end traffic light. Turn right onto Route 1 Post Road (Putnam Ave.). At fourth traffic light, turn left onto Orchard Street. Proceed .2 miles and turn right onto Bible Street. Follow Bible Street .7 miles; the entrance to the Garden Education Center is on your left at sign reading Montgomery Pinetum, Garden Education Center.
From the Merritt Parkway
Exit 31 - North Street (from west - NY turn left, from east - CT turn right).
Follow North Street south to first traffic light. Just before traffic light turn left and bear right onto Old Church Road. Follow Old Church Road to the end traffic light. Turn left onto Route 1 Post Road (Putnam Ave.). At the seventh traffic light, turn left onto Orchard Street. Proceed .2 miles and turn right onto Bible Street. Follow Bible Street .7 miles; the entrance to the Garden Education Center is on your left, sign reading Montgomery Pinetum, Garden Education Center.
