Prior registration is required for all programs. Program availability may be obtained by calling the GEC and listening to the recorded message. Please note: We do not issue confirmation of registration except by phone. Program registration at membership rates is not permitted unless membership is current.

We can accept your program registration by electronic submission, mail, fax or phone.

When calling, please be prepared to leave the course identification number, your full name , your phone number (slowly please), and your credit card information. We will get back to you with a confirmation of your registration within one working day.

Program Cancellations:
If registration for a program is insufficient it may be cancelled. Every effort will be made to notify registrants of a cancelled program by telephone or by mail. A full refund will be issued.

Refunds:
A credit will be given to registrants who cancel at least three working days before a program and seven working days before a trip. Refunds will be issued only if the GEC must cancel a program.
