Prior registration is required for all programs. Program
availability may be obtained by calling the GEC and
listening to the recorded message. Please note: We
do not issue confirmation of registration except by
phone. Program registration at membership rates is
not permitted unless membership is current.

to leave the course identification number, your full
name , your phone number (slowly please), and your
credit card information. We will get back to you with
a confirmation of your registration within one working
day.
Program
Cancellations:
If registration for a program is insufficient it
may be cancelled. Every effort will be made to notify
registrants of a cancelled program by telephone
or by mail. A full refund will be issued.
Refunds:
A credit will be given to registrants who cancel
at least three working days before a program and
seven working days before a trip. Refunds will be
issued only if the GEC must cancel a program. If
you have any questions or require additional information,
